Parks in the Las Vegas Area
Majestic Park is a community park that includes 12 softball fields, playgrounds for kids, picnic areas, and walking and running trails. The park is very dog friendly. There are softball games through out the day with concession stands.
The complex has designed with long lines of fields perfect for soccer. It is a great family-friendly place because of the dog parks and 2 playground areas. The Bonanza Trial is great for long walks, jogs, or walking your dogs.
Siegfried & Roy Park has plenty of shading areas for family and friends to enjoy while having a barbecue. There are horseshoe pits, a playground area, tennis courts, and splash pad. It's a dog friendly park so owners are able to walk their dogs.
The Springs Preserve is a 180-acre cultural institution and is the premier place in Las Vegas to explore the valley's vibrant history through interactive science and nature exhibits, botanical gardens, hiking, trails, and live animal shows.
Centennial Hills Park is a 120-acre state-of-the-art regional park features a playground with ramps and features for all abilities. Their amenities include Picnic areas, Dog runs, Sand volleyball courts, Soccer fields, Water play area and more.
Cactus Wren Park has 3 dog play areas; one for small dogs, one for larger dogs, and a mixture of both area. The different dog runs have plenty of shade and benches. The park has a skateboard park, volleyball court, and baseball fields.
This place has multiple hiking trails available. You can hike all the way to the top of the mountain. If you have height phobia or don't want to tire your body too much, then you can hike around the mountains.
Located near North Durango Drive in fabulous Las Vegas Nevada, Mountain Crest Park is a community park featuring basketball court, community center, disc golf, horseshoe pit, playground, volleyball, and restrooms.
