BODIES... The Exhibition is located in Luxor Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. It offers an intimate and informative view into the human body. They have over 200 actual human bodies and specimens carefully dissected and respectfully displayed.

I've been to this exhibit multiple times for different reasons!
This exhibit always leaves you with more information than when you first entered. There's so much to learn about the body and it's highly interesting to learn about your body through each individual layer. It's also intriguing to me how actual bodies are on display.
As a massage therapist, this was one of the best ways to truly understand the muscles in our bodies. Whether you're in a profession that pertains to the body or not, it's just interesting altogether.
My personal favorite was the section that shows embryos and fetus'. It's not easy for everyone to examine fetus', but it's interesting to see the process of birth and how it evolves throughout time.

I decided I wanted to go to this exhibit when I first saw it in that James Bond movie. Really glad I went too, as this exhibit is really interesting. They have actual bodies striking various poses and they have various layers of skin, tissue or bone cut away so you can see inside the body. I know. I know. No, it is not gross in anyway. Actually quite beautiful. I wish I would have seen this sort of thing back in high school. Would have made passing biology a lot easier.
