Firelight Buffet is a budget option buffet Restaurant with a variety of cuisines, including American, Asian & Mexican in several different display cooking areas, including open rotisseries, omelet stations and carving stations.
This is only a mile from my home...so, it is easy access, plus free parking. The buffet is rather standard but always better when I have a 1/2 off coupon! ;)
They do have some very tasty roast beef on the carving station for dinner and love the onion rings and Asian section...they also have extensive "south of the border" offerings...and Sunday brunch is also standard fare but nice selection...and MTO omelets are always a plus! ;)
