I used to go to this gym before I moved to the other side of town. I still pop in from time to time and it is the same. The thing I like about this specific gym is that there are rarely ever any trainers there with their model or meathead clients who want (need) to be seen. Everyone is just there to work out. Have a question about equipment or nutrition or ??? There are trainers and staff there who are more than ready, willing, and able to help out.
Plenty of classes to choose from as well.
Nice pool and sauna.
