Metro Pizza makes their dough fresh everyday and they cook their pizza on hearth ovens. Their sauces are made from vine-ripened tomatoes and they have a combination of cheeses, meats and fresh vegetables to use on their pizzas.

I went in over last summer for a $1 beer at Ellis Island (if the temp goes over 100, they sell their beers for $1) and was pleasantly surprised to see a Metro Pizza shop set up there. I've been to the one in Henderson on Horizon Ridge down by Stephanie, and it's amazing pizza. Easily in the top 2. It was nice to be able to slide into the one at Ellis Island and grab a couple slices to go with my $1 beer. Great lunchtime meal!
