Life-Long Goldwing Rider

RideNow on Rancho keeps deleting my reviews because they don't like negative feedback. RideNow changed the tires on my 2016 Goldwing, but the manager in charge, Chris, assigned an inexperienced mechanic, who ended up scrapping both sides of both my rims. I contacted the Service Manager, Mike Breen, however, instead of owning up to what his mechanic did, he continues to deny they are responsible. According to Mr. Breen, all his "master" mechanics claim there is no way their tire machine made the scrapes on my rims. According to him, I "rode over a curb." Apparently, Mr. Breen doesn't actually ride a motorcycle, because if he did, he would know how asinine that statement is!) According to every person I have talked to who has ever changed a motorcycle tire, they all say the tire changer is THE ONLY WAY those marks could have gotten on my Wing. Mr. Breen's first excuse to me was that I didn't immediately come back to the shop, though not explicitly denying the damage. Once I informed him his time-delay excuse wasn't going to work, he changed to the "ran over the curb" excuse, which I am in the process of easily disputing. So, apparently, none of the RideNow mechanics are intelligent or experienced enough with riding or with mechanics to know that those marks are from a tire changer and not from being run over a curb, and neither is their Service Manager. That says a lot about the entire shop's competence, or lack thereof! So, they won't admit or fix their mechanics' mistakes, and Mr. Breen seems to have no problems lying to everyone about not only their mechanics' experience and abilities, but also the laws of physics and how damage is done. I have talked with several other Goldwing owners who have had similar issues at RideNow. Apparently, I didn't know this shop had already been black-balled by the Goldwing community. If you take your motorcycle to RideNow, do it at your own risk. If anything happens, you'll need to look into small claims court, like me.
