The Sunset Park is huge with numerous bike and walking trails, baseball fields, volleyball courts, frisbee golf course, and more. There are two enclosed dog parks with 1 run for large dogs and 1 for small dogs along with 1 shaded picnic area.
This park is huge but I frequent the dog park the most. There’s a lot to do in this park...it has many kids areas, a pond, disc frisbee and a variety of areas for parties.

Sunset park has a special place in my heart because of the great memories I've created there. You can truly feel the community aspect of Las Vegas in this huge park. There's volleyball courts, baseball fields, basketball courts, a plethora of parks, there's even a mini trail for you to walk through. And of course, their huge pond! You can actually go fishing at the pond. What's funny is when Pokemon Go first launched, everyone was going to sunset park because of the many stops and items you could get just walking around the pond. There were events dedicated to that app and there would be tons of people! It was super fun!
