Parks in Henderson

As one of the parks in the Southeast area, the quiet Grapevine Springs Park features multiple playgrounds, horseshoe pits and a dog park with fences surrounded where dogs can freely run. They also have a path where you can run or walk to your liking.

This park is a great place to walk around as it's huge. Two baseball diamonds are also available for practices and plays. They also have swimming pools, but only available to members and guests if paid with swimming lessons in the summer.

Sunridge Park is 18 acre park that has a nice view, playground, and picnic area for families and friends to get together. They have well maintained basketball and tennis courts. The park is located in a quiet area.

Desert Bloom Park offers a variety of outdoor activities for everyone from playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Their memorial trees are also seen with heartwarming messages that will touch everyone's heart.

Gilcrease Brothers Park offers beautiful flowers and trees that make the whole experience even better. Playgrounds, splash pads, bocce ball court, shuffle ball court, horseshoe pits and walking your dogs are all the things that you can do here.

Paseo Vista Park is 8 acres and provides bbq's, lighted basketball court, lighted dog park, lighted horseshoe pits, bocce courts, covered picnic shelters, playgrounds, splash pad, and walking course.

Spring Mountain National Recreation Area offers multiple hiking trails to enjoy a nice scenery and views. They have tables for people to have a picnic with friends and families.

Stupak Park is a small park offering a synthetic turf full soccer field with goals, netting and lights, splash pad, two playgrounds for the toddlers and small children, and shaded seating.

Cornerstone Park is a beautiful park with a huge grass field that dogs can run in, and they have wide trails for people to walk along with their dogs. The trials good for bikers and walkers. They have a sand volleyball court and basketball court.

Village Green Park is a nice park that has a kids playground, picnic tables, soccer field, trials, and grass field where people can play catch with their dogs. It's a dog-friendly park in the Summerlin area.

Paradise Pointe Park features a variety of recreation activities from basketball, skating, horseshoes to shaded playground.

Aventura Park is 20 acres and provides: Lighted ball fields, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, picnic ramada, playground, dog park, splash pad , and shade structures.

Silver Bowl Park is a park where many American football games are held with stadium seating available for everyone to come and watch. At the huge grass area, you can enjoy a picnic with your homemade food or simply order food to be delivered.

Rodeo Park is a 8-acre neighborhood park in Henderson that has covered picnic areas, a playground, volleyball courts, trails, and so much more things to do. People can go and enjoy the open grass and have a nice picnic with family and friends.

Hidden Palms Park is a small park hidden away from the city. That's a good spot to relax if you're looking for somewhere peaceful and not crowded. Beside a playground, it also has sand volleyball court, basketball court, and baseball court.

Spotted Leaf Park is a great place to rewind in a peaceful environment where they have tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and walking paths. There is a playground with picnic areas. The two tennis courts that are lighted.

Russell Road Recreation Complex has a soccer field along with other fields. You can have a BBQ in designated areas and it is pet friendly. Great for family outings.

Horizon Crest Park has a dog park with three separate sections for smaller and larger dogs, slides, walking path, picnic tables, soccer field, and a basketball court.

Located in the Summerlin, the Crossing Park serves the community by providing huge open grass areas where you can fly kites and enjoy a picnic. Many kids also practice soccer on this field with the hope of being a famous soccer player in the future.

This is one of the more popular skate parks. It is located in the well maintained area of Anthem and you must wear protective gear.
